Eastern Credit Ltd. was founded in 1985, in Houston, Texas, with primary goal of providing business services to companies from Eastern Europe and later, New Baltic Independent States.
Through the years of development we evolved into a specialized professional service firm providing “Going Public” services to number of exclusive clients.
We focus on counties where local stock markets are not yet mature enough in terms of rewarding the performance and work with companies that would like address issues such as capitalization, stock liquidity and access to capital markets by going public in the United States.
Today we are expanding our reach to new geographic markets, such as Indonesia and CIS countries.
We work with mid-size companies and offer assured economical ways of transformation into US Public Company listed on US stock exchanges.
Unlike major investment banks that target large companies with IPO underwriting services, we provide alternative economical ways to access stock market such as acquisition of already existing US Public Shell Company.
